Our founder, Thom Miranda, is a licensed attorney with over 25 years’ systems and legal operations management experience in corporate, governmental and non-profit sectors. He is personally involved supervising all projects and client relationships.

We work directly with and represent competing manufacturers: we are not exclusively ‘tied’ to any particular company. Our independence gives you the consumer a welcome objectivity when it comes to comparing and recommending systems based on your unique practice needs.
Incorporated in 1997, Miranda Legal Systems is an independent consulting company and VAR (value added reseller) certified by manufacturers to train, install and customize software and hardware solutions.
